How do I confirm my PayPal mailing address?

If I change my mailing address will my bank reject a recent transaction with an old address?

• This is probably a stupid question, but here it is: I want to sign up for netflix, but because my dorm address is different from the mailing address on my bank account it won't let me sign up. I recently paid my tuition with a web check and while the university says it has been paid, the money does not appear to have left my account yet. So, if I were to change my mailing address with my bank, would the bank negate the tuition transaction since it was made with an old address?
