How do I get money in and out of my PokerStars account?

How to get money from my account I have at my dad's (Im 14)?

• Im 14 and my parents are divorced so I live with my mum. They've split up for at least almost 10 years and I want the money I have in my account there. He set me up a bank account for when I stay there and for when I want to put money from my birthday cards I get from his family in the bank for when im older. Now im 14 im really mature and trust worthy and I wouldn't spend it all at once but I really want a dog. Ive continuously asked him in the past 5 years for money for a dog. And now I just want my money, I don't want a small amount of it I actually want it from him. I hate his guts so I wouldn't care if we went court. I have about 2 thousand grand almost in it. Also I don't want him to destroy the bank account or something (If that's possible) e.g take money out of it ETC.. I was just wondering how I could get my account off him? And what would we need to get/do. Lawyers etc. AND YES I have asked him so many times and each time he says no and I cry and he doesn't even care. He owns a motorbike shop you see called " Mott Motorcycles " so hes really rich and tight with his money. My brother got all his savings from there so I don't see why I cant? Anyway I just need as much information as I can please :) Thanks.

  "Hate" is never a good strategy......it leads us down all the wrong roads......especially when it involves family. Now.....there are always two sides to a story. Try to understand your Dad's. As for your question.......if you are on the account you are still probably too young. So you need to speak to your Dad. But don't hate him......it will get you nowhere and only fill your heart with anger. As for the dog......there are many dogs waiting to be adopted that need a good home. It would not cost much to get one of these loving creatures that just want a home. Good luck.
