How to transfer money from credit card to paypal?

I live in India. I am using a personal paypal account. I am a member of Neobux site. Inorder to obtain certain services in Neobux, i had to withdraw money from paypal. So how can i transfer money into paypal using my credit card. I dont have a U.S bank account. In paypal can we bring in money only using U.S Bank account? If i can use credit card to bring in money, how can i do that? I have my credit card verified. If any settings has to be changed pls tell me. I need a detailed step by step answer please!!!!

you can't withdraw money from your credit card to deposit to paypal-all you can do is set up your credit card as your default a/c and charge whatever you are buying to your paypal a/c. Paypal will then deduct the money from your credit card. Works the same way-it's just safer..

PayPal is a PAYMENT SERVICE, not a depository... You use PayPal to facilitate the USE of a credit card to buy something, like off Ebay. You do NOT use cash advances off a credit card to put funds in the account. When you buy something, if you do not have the funds in PayPal, it asks whether you want to do a bank x-fer, or use a registered credit card. THAT is how the card is used..
