How exactly does eBay work?

  • Ok.. So I live here in Philippines, and I don't think we have paypal here.. Does paypal only allow Dollars account? Because I can't afford to have one. D: I only have a Peso account. :( So in any case how exactly do I put my things to sell at eBay? I need detailed answers please. Thank you. :)

alrighty here is what i would do if i were you go to ebay.com look for a button that says live chat, or support or something, and you can ask someone who works for ebay the question for a fast and correct responce :) because we are unreliable ! :D
