  EHow is a revenue sharing site, so they give you a percentage of the money they make from your pages. They are a little weird, because they won't tell you what that percentage is. This is probably so they can change your cut without telling you. With that one you can ad video and pictures to your articles and you can write about anything. I know a lot of publishers, publish on more than one site and then they interlink their articles for SEO reasons. I recommend you write 10 articles for EHow and 10 on that site I suggested and you will see, you will make more from the one I suggested. I don't know if $2,000 is a good target for you to start out with. Try to get it up to $100 over the first 4 months. Then push it to $500 after 8 months. I didn't quite make $500, but it's more of a hobby for me, not a job. Also remember you have to make an effort to draw people to your pages. The site I suggested is better at turning your traffic into money. They don't just use Adsense, they also use Amazon, Ebay and Kontera.
