Im movin to anoter state in IL and just started my first job at captain ds jan10th. i didnt know it gonna happen. I love my job. Id would like to know How do i transfer my job capatain Ds in IL without quittin my job? Im movin couple weeks. How long does it takes to transfer my job another state? I think im movin couple days or couple weeks.

That's between you and your employer. Talk to your manager ASAP. If it is even an option then your manager will have to work something out with your HR dept. "A couple weeks" is very little notice to give for something like this.

You CAN'T transfer your job. Captain D's is a FRANCHISE chain. The location you work for is NOT owned by the same franchisee as the location near where you are moving. You can REQUEST a recommendation from your current employer, but you are literally seeking a job with a separate company.
