Paypal problems, help?

Ebay & paypal problems Please Help me :(?

• I sold 2 pcs 1 sony handy cam and iv posted them I also verified my paypal account and i have 300gbp in there to i transfered 200 in to my bank it cleared and now paypal are taking it back out of my account and have limited my paypal account their reason for limiting my account was that i am selling high risk stuff so i provided them with tracking numbers and they said they would get back to me. Mean time i have contacted my bank to get the 200gpb transfer stopped my banks fraud department is dealing with that as i never authorized any of the direct debits. I still have money in paypal which i cant touch i posted the handycam today so if i do not get my money back i have lost a sony handycam & the money. I am very upset and paypal will not do anything. I still have stuff to post but the money for those items remains in paypal and i cant touch it so do i keep the items until paypal lift the limits or do i send them out and risk losing those too? What can i do?

  You should have left the entire balance in your Paypal account alone until the items had been received by your buyers. Then and only then should you have transferred the money to your bank account. By the way, your agreement with Paypal to connect your Paypal account to your bank account included the right for Paypal to reverse any transaction if it felt there may be any question about the transaction. Your bank will figure out that this *isn't* fraud because you agreed to it. (When you authorized Paypal to credit your account, you also authorized them to debit it. By clicking I agree and doing the original transfer, you agreed to their eua. clicking = signing.) Unfortunately, with Paypal's backlogs on frozen accounts, it may be up to 6 months before you get access to your money.
