What can be done about Timeshare Rescue?

• My wife and I tried to use a service called Timeshare Rescue. We paid our fee, signed all paperwork, and now they are gone: literally moved out of the office they were in. We know they were located in Denver Colorado so this is/was a Denver business. We know that because we have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General of Denver, et al. No luck. This has been a horrible situation leaving us feeling raped and robbed. We also found that they are the same company as Resort Transfer Services. Literally the same company. Through proper investigations, the company is: Chavez Industries, aka Resort Transfer Services, aka Timeshare Rescue, aka soon to be called something else. My question is this. It has literally been 6 months since this went on our credit card. My wife and I were not happy about having to pay roughly $2,500.00, but we did. Is there anything we can do with the credit card company to get our money back or do we have to file another complaint somewhere else? Thanks in advance.

  Best bet would simply be to contact the BBB or the AG in Denver (which it sounds like you already did) and let them handle things. Cover your bases by asking (never hurts to ask) your credit card company, but I've a feeling you won't get far with them. Don't pay attention to the insults of David M. He obviously hasn't ever been a victim before. Just hang in there. Having been in that situation before, don't forget to be diligent with paperwork. Make sure you have copies of everything. Good luck.
