What happens if you buy an item off eBay and you don't want it anymore?

• I have bidded on eBay and it said you have won the item and I haven't paid for it yet and I've decided i didn't want the item anymore. Can I Cancel it since I've won the item? Please help me? whats the best way to cancel the item and what are the consequences if I don't pay for it? I was thinking of sending money to the seller to help cover up the fees and charges and time she put to sell the item, is that good?

You need to know however that many eBay sellers --- are doing this to survive. This is all they have to pay their bills, to buy food and gas, milk of the cat --- and to buy more stuff to sell on eBay. It's not just the cost of the listing --- it's the wasted time --- maybe they were counting their eggs before they hatched --- but they got your bid --- and were counting on that to make budget. A previous caller is wrong there's no bad feedback for eBay buyers anymore. But --- you are not going to heaven.
