How does the Taxman know how much is in your bank account?

I have a off shore bank account but i dont know how to transfer money to my Personal account?

• I dont know what they mean by a swift bank or account holder if that is my personal account or the off shore account and Beneficiary account number if that is my personal account or the the off shore account.
