How do I accept credit card payments in Kenya?

• I live in Kenya in a small town. All I know is when I go to pay for things, I use cash. I do not know anything about credit cards. But, I have a little business where I would like to sell my products on the internet. Some one told me that I would need to set up a way to accept credit cards on my website. I went to my bank to ask them about this and they were not helpful at all. I would like to know what credit cards are accepted in Kenya and if I were to find the right bank ( which ever one that is)- they would charge me fees every time they collect money for me. If you live in Kenya or have any knowledge on what I should do to set up a credit card account that accepts payments from customers, I would appreciate you passing the information on to me.
