How to get a bank account online?

hi there, my age is 16 and i am from india. I earned money online now i want to reedem that so when i try to get paypal account it ask me for pan card no. And a bank account that is not available for me and due to so reason i cant take help of any my relative or father. So please guide how to have a credit card or bank account? is there any way to get an account online for free please and is this service will work like paypal or not kindly help and please make me correct if i am wronge.

I don't know much about India but as far as I know, you can't open an account online because you are under 18. You may want to search for a prepaid visa/master card. There is a fee you have to pay for prepaid cards. I don't know another site like Paypal. Be careful, there are many scams out there. Good luck!
