Can you pay bills online using a visa gift card?

I have a $500 visa gift card and would like to pay a few bills online with it. I was wondering if anyone knows how you do so? When you pay bills online, they always ask for the Cardholder's name and Expiration date month/year. However not all gift cards have this information. It usually says for the name: A GIFT FOR YOU. What do you use for the billing address for gift cards? With regular credit cards, they always ask for your billing information, this way they know if your credit card is valid or not. Visa gift cards have no way to do any verifiability.

Yes you can. Just complete the payment like you had a regular credit card. Your Name is used as the name, and your address as the billing address. They'll work fine that way.
