  • Hello, I know when you make an ATM deposit into a personal account at Bank of America, $100 or $70 is immediately available for use. However, I'm not sure if the same applies to small business checking account at Bank of America. I want to deposit a check my business partner paid me in my business account, but I need some of the money to be available immediately for use as I need it to take care of some things immediately. Thanks for your answers!!!

    That's up to your bank. No law requires anything but for them to disclose their policy to you.

The availability of the funds is the same for ATM deposits as for deposits made over the counter, with the POSSIBLE exception of the cutoff time for same day processing of the deposit. I don't know what the BofA rules are for business deposits, but I DO know that anyone that opens a business account has the DUTY to ask the bank about this. Note: BofA has a customer service phone number open 24/7/366. (This is a leap year, so there are 366 days).
