Is there a discover bank in Oklahoma?

Planning to open a CD at Discover Bank, any info or experience with this?

I am planning on investing $15,000 on a CD, and Discover Bank seems to have the best rates. I am looking at a 12 month CD with a 1.6% rate, which is the best I found. I am just nervous, since this would be an online transaction, and I would be opening the account online and transferring the funds from my National City account. Does anyone have any advice on this? Are there any fees when I make the transfer? Can I transfer the funds to the Discover account from my National City account online and without having to go to my National City bank in person? Or do I just type in my savings account number and routing number to transfer it? Cause I rather not send a check. Are there any hidden fees that I will be charged once I am done with my CD at Discover? Please, any info would be great, thanks!
Answer:

Since Discover bank is online - they offer free transfers from/to your local bank. Discover should not have any fees for this. Banks with branches do not offer transfers from bank to bank - not sure why. If they do, they will fee you to death. /
