How To Withdraw Money From Virtapay To Paypal?

Am I free to withdraw money given from Paypal?

• I've recently been through some 'disputes' I opened on paypal after a 'hacker' attempted to take £205 from my account, paypal withdrew and added the funds of £205 several times although the first transaction was never successful and my money had never been taken. Finally paypal left my account balance as it was before the hacker's transaction (at '0') and I left my account for about a month. Earlier this year I just signed in to find that this first transaction has been 'reversed' and I now I have £205 in my paypal balance, I left this for about a month expecting paypal to withdraw it again but nothing happened and all disputes that were open are now 'closed'. After talking to some people and also from details and messages I recieved around Paypal, I should be free to transfer this money to my bank account at least temporarily... Is this true? What's more, I recently bought something (for £5) on ebay, and instead of withdrawing from my bank account as it always did it used the funds in paypal. Am I free to use this money in my account? I have also asked paypal about this and tried to withdraw the money earlier today and am still awaiting a reply. The withdraw of £200 is 'pending' and so I expect would be reviewed by paypal! Just like to see what some people here can suggest, have I done the right thing trying to withdraw this £200?! :]

  The money isn't yours. At least that's the way I'm reading it from your question. If the money was never yours in the first place then you have no right to use it. If you attempt to use it it's going to come back and bite you in the rear.
