Two questions about online shopping?

Questions about courier service and online shopping in India.FULL POINTS FOR COMPLETE ANSWER!!!?

• okay so i have shopped online(for make-up)a few times before and have had my products delivered to me through courier without any problems.the payment scheme of the courier company has changed recently,and i am having trouble trying to understand the new scheme. earlier,for every order that weighed below 250 grams,the company would not charge you anything for delivery.and then on wards every load of 250 would cost Rs125 now,they mention that their previous scheme has changed and that for all packages weighing below 250grams,the delivery charge is Rs80,and thereafter,for every increase of 250grams,Rs25 must be added.they also state that a fuel surcharge of 30% will be added and services taxes will be charged as applicable. now,my questions are,how is the fuel surcharge calculated?is it 30 percent of my delivery charges(Rs 80 or 80+25,depending on my order)or is it 30% of the price i pay to the shopping website for my products?also,the e-shopping site gives us the price of the products after including VAT.so,do we have to taxes to the courier company again separately or is the tax only a one-time-thing with the shopping site? for example,if my order consists of three items,two of which cost Rs100 each and the third one is for Rs500,what would my total bill come to(including ALL the additional charges mentioned by the courier company)? also,if i do have to pay the extra service tax to the courier company,could you please tell me how the amount of tax payable on an item is calculated? please answer this question only if you are totally sure regarding all of the details,as i really am in need of your help.also,if you have any one working with the courier company(first flight courier)you can ask them about it as well...THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE....
