Do i need to pay for my portfolio (£899), to get me going after my assessment?

i've recently been in for a modelling assessment and after my shoot we sat down and talked about my pictures etc then they offered me a year contract but obviously i can't sign because im under18 then she told me about the portfolio, there were 4 different packages portfolio wise and they told me for them to to do my portfolio i need to pay £899 that include cd images, portfolio book(to find me jobs) and 20 images.... i just don't know whether to pay :/ IS IT A SCAM!

It's a scam. If an agent or other are really interested there will be no cost to you. On the other hand if you hire a professional to put together your portfolio you are more than likely to know before hand there is a cost and no promise of finding you a gig.
