How can I get back my money from a seller through PayPal?

Can i get my money back i sent money from paypal to a seller as a gift(friend&family)?

• this sellere wanted me to pay him as a gift, he didnt repond back to me since i paid the money, its been 2-3days and i still havent recevied my trackins, they said it will take about 24hours to ship, and i need to get my money back i think they are spam

  No. You were scammed. Never ever do that again. You only have Paypal protection if you follow their rules, and what you did was outside their rules. Consider your loss as tuition for education. Use this as a hard learned lesson, to be a lot more frugal and wary about where and how you spend your money. Spend less and spend more wisely, and you will have more leftover for yourself and your family. And you will be a lot happier in the future.
