• I'm 23 I use to have really good credit and a great job then I got layed off and had to take a job that payed alot less I had to live off credit cards for about a year and got behind then they went into default and I got a better job making alot more so I was getting trying to get caught up I took out some student loans and some personal loans I was working about 55 hrs a week and then all of a sudden they cut our hrs without notice now i'm work 20- 30 hrs a week making about 450 less a week for about 6 months now and they say it gonna be like that all year and then I got into wreck and hurt my back and had to be taken off work they say will give me lost wages pain and suffering but it will be a while before i get anything. I'm bearly paying my rent electric and car payment and can bearly afford food I've drained what savings I had. Do you think bankrupcy will be best and will this affect my compensation for my accident? I've already moved in with my sister her husband and son and my brother stays here my brother in law is the only one workin besides me and he gets less hrs than me its all we can to do keep a house. so what extra money i have goes to help them I have like 4 credit cards and all between 1000 and 6000 on them and probably 10000 in loans I'm already 2 to 3 months late. I'm getting sued my one credit card and 1 one loan place I have court in a few weeks and sold everything worth any value. I don't know what else to do. There was about 4 factory that shut down around her so there is no place for a 2nd job.
