Can i cash a cheque in the post office?

I recently left a job and just recieved my final cheque. Wanted to cash it pretty quickly. Does anyone know if th post office cashes personal cheques?

No you can only put it into an account in the post office if you really want it cashed you would need to go to a check cashing place... Like a brocker or Pawn shop usally do stuff like that

Yes you can get it cashed from post office but if you want to get it cashed quickly then you will have to get it cashed from some financial institution. I got my check cashed from check cashing USA and they got it cashed very quickly for me. So you can also give it a try!

Not unless it's a postal money order. Just go to the bank ! Might have better luck cashing your check at Mc Donalds.
