Where can i use my PAYPAL account?

Can i use this paypal with my new ebay account.?

I had an ebay seller account that got suspended because of one negative feedback.I have recently made a brand new ebay seller account with a new IP adress,new name, new address, and nothing that can link it to the other account.I have never linked my Paypal to my old ebay account but buyers have been paying me through it. So, if I change the email address on the paypal account, can I link this paypal account to my new ebay account or will ebay be able to link the accounts together and suspend me?

Hey David, Trust me, changing the email address won't work. I tried that awhile back and eBay and PayPal linked them. The new account that I spent so much time getting a new name, new address, new IP address (I used a Fed-Ex Kinkos rental computer) was suspended. Absolutely NOTHING can be the same or similar to your old eBay suspended account. Remember dealing with PayPal is the same as dealing with eBay. eBay purchased PayPal years ago, so they act as one now. If you want the new account to go uncontested and not suspended, get a new PayPal account. Hope this helps!
