How do I get an IM account?

How can i get money from my bank account in the us while im here in the philippines..?

• im here in the philippines staying with my family.. receiving my pension and until last month the debit card ive been using stopped working.. the wamu bank changed into currently chase manhattan which is why they issue a new card and they said they will replace the card in about 3-5 working days and now its over 14 days and i still havent got my card... i need to withdraw from my account for my medicines and expenses here.. how can i do that?

  Do you have a bank account in the Philippines? They could wire transfer money to it, but it will cost you some money. Is the postal service in the Philippines reliable? Could someone have stolen your new bankcard? You know how obvious they are when they come in the mail. Be sure to check your account online for any suspicious activity. Other than that you might have to be patient and wait for the new Chase bankcard.
