Can I set up a savings account for this child?
-
I was just wondering if anyone can help me - Is it possible for me to set up a savings account for a child in another country when I don't know who their legal guardian is.... Basically, I worked at an orphanage & struck up a real bond with one of the children. I know at least one of his parents are dead & I don't know about any other family. I would like to set up an account that could pay money for certain things during his life (like when he starts school) but have no idea how to go about it. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks xx
