I am interested in starting my own International Dating Website. Can someone provide me with the following information: How do I start an International Dating Website? Is it legal in the USA (state of Kentucky). What are the rules for an International Dating Website? Do I have to register the site? I am interested in a dating site to attract American men and Filipina women.

Good luck! While I can't think of any way it could be illegal, just make sure to have a lawyer draw you up a good "Terms of Service" releasing you of liability of the stupid people who will come and post their entire address online, get raped, and then sue you. Also this is a tough thing to do because most people use Chemistry or Match.com or whatever BECAUSE it is so big and there are so many people there, getting users to sign up at first will be hard.
