Silver Bullions Or Silver Coins?

• I might be starting a little investment on silver. I am based in Singapore where silver products are treated as financial items and i dun think there is a premium for it. I am thinking of investing 800 singapore dollars which is about 600+ USD. Any tips on which specific coins or bullions to buy would be helpful too. Additional tips on silver investment would be greatly appreciated

  I don't know about Singapore, but in the US the coins usually sell at a somewhat greater price premium than the bullion. The larger bullion usually sell at a lesser premium than the smaller bullion. I do not know enough about the Singapore to advise on which might be better investments. Perhaps someone from Singapore will provide further details. Circulated smaller denomination silver coins might come in very handy if there is a financial crisis. They can be used as trade goods and will almost certainly be accepted whereas paper money might be shunned.
