What is a good website to see whether or not to buy/sell/hold a stock?

  • I own about 30 shares of att which were bought about 31.6 each. Which that has dropped 2 dollars but I was looking long term with them and their drip program since I'm only 18. But I am a beginner with stocks and was looking into pge (pcg) and buying some of them. Is there a website to view opinions on buy/sell/hold and what are your guys opinions?
