Help! Need help on managing finance please!?

Hi. I really need advice on how to manage my finance. Okay, first off, i'm 16 years old. My friends are a bunch of people who spend quite a bit of money, like visit the movies regularly, eat restaurants, etc. And i always feel really bad asking my parents for money when i know the recession is going on and everything. I feel really stressed up as i really don't know what to do. And sometimes it's difficult to say no to my friends due to peer pressure. I'm really in a difficult spot. Help? thanks.
