Download portfolio to 3.5 floppy?

I keep track of about 40 stocks. Right now I use Yahoo historical quotes to get about 2 weeks of data on each one, then I download it on my stock program at home, (not online). I also need it .csv format which yahoo has. When I finish the download I just overwrite the disk next time. How can I download all 40 at one time in historical quotes or other?
