    It's not going to be available to the general public for a while after it's IPO which is expected to be around $45 per share. It will be available to bankers, some venture capitalists, some privileged early investors, and some employees. Today is simply a filing for a public offering--meaning that we "normals" will have to wait months (probably in May) before we can buy Facebook stock, if we can actually get any.
