Sir will the market of bse and nse will go up or will go down from here from 15000?

The Sensex is now trading at a P/E of 20. This is indeed a very high valuation. Banks like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank which used to trade in single digit P/Es are now sporting well above their growth rates. The real estate sector is running at 100 P/Es. These are signs of extreme optimism. Usually these optimism are followed by a market crash that brings value back to the Sensex. Over the long term though, it is very likely. that as long as the earnings growth for the Sensex tops 20%, the Sensex will march regally on towards new and even newer highs.

Currently the 30 companies making the BSE have already had a high year of returns, 5 straight years of raising earnings, they are valued fairly and higher earnings should see that sensex goes up sooner than later. Stick to stock markets and soon we will be nearing the 16000 mark once the Janaury Effect, Budget etc comes in.

market up upto 15000-15600. because last time when market show the high of 12500 then he was down from this level. and after that when he go another time to 12500 then he cross the 12500 and score new high 14500. and in this time he touch second another time and you suppose that market will go further.
