What does it mean?? Stock price doesn't change?

• What does it mean if the stock doesn't change value throughout the day, or changes very little? It's a small biomedical company (speculative play. But I looked on finance.yahoo and its 11:51 AM pacific time and there hasn't been a change? Does it mean that its too risky to play or what?
