What is Sunshine Empire?

Sunshine Empire Alliance, a Malaysian company, are they legal by asking the public to invest into the company?

  • this company in singapore had claim that they have been awarded wireless networking project in Taichung, Taiwan. they are using a system so-called "MLM", to raise fund. but it's much more sounds like a "Ponzi" scheme. they ask the public to Invest up to USD$6900, and they also promise a total return of 200% in 18 months. Half is from the 50% profit of their wireless networking company named EmCom. if the company is making so much money, why dont they loan from the bank instead.

  • Answer:

You're right...it's a "Ponzi Scam". In future, if you have any questions about a company, have a stockbroker check it out first. The scams coming out of the Far East, like Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. are far more sophisticated and complex than the "Nigerian Scams" that, as primitive as they are, have suckered tens of thousands of people over the past fifteen years.
