Judging by an Internet search, this program does not exist - see here: http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0geu4s4yD5G.fEAj6dXNyoA?p=American+Oil+Pension+program&ei=UTF-8&fr=yfp-t-501&x=wrt I have been investing for over 14 years and have never heard of such a thing. If you are hearing about this from a source that you aren't absolutely certain is reliable, then I would drop it and ignore whatever you are being asked or offered in regard to this. Sounds like a scam to me.
