What are some part-time jobs with health insurance?

What are some jobs that offer health insurance and have minimal training/schooling?

  • I need to get a job that offers health insurance but don't really want to go to college. Now I know it's important, but don't want to have my husband being the only one working. I will consider a job that only needs a year or less of college/training. I have 2 years experience from a vocational school in business applied technology, mainly secretarial stuff, and a year of customer service but didn't like dealing with the customers so much. Any suggestionsns? I wanted to do hair, but realize I won't get health insurance and probably won't make too much. Help please!

    Maybe you could be lucky and get a job at the post office. They make good money and get benefits. Practice for the test though. You want to do good on it and if they offer you a part-time position, take it, that is how a lot of people get their foot in the door for a better position. Good luck.

well in your case it happened that your some kind of choosy in work u want to have health benefit ,as always company offer health benefits. they give it to all of their employee.u want to try hair stuff well u can do it,about health benefits try to get your own insurance or philhealth.

Try computer tech training, nursing school, health care administration. Large insurance companies usually provide pretty good benefits. Health care organizations, like Bluecross/Blueshield, offer fantastic benefits, and you can grow with the company. You may want to look into claims processing positions. Check your local city's human resources department for job openings in social services. Eligibility tech, etc. Check the local school district's job hotline for full-time clerical positions.
