What is a good insurance company to work for agents?

    Look, most of those companies aren't scams, it just turns out that insurance sales jobs, with EVERY company, have about a 95% washout rate. Call ANY AM Best Rated carrier in your area, you can get a list on YOUR state insurance department website, and convince them that they should appoint you to sell for them. You won't get paid, unless you sell - and if you don't sell ENOUGH, you'll be terminated. That doesn't make it a scam, it just makes it darned hard work.
