How can I get an SBR no./OTC for my mum for her to check her SSS contribution online?
-
My mum had an SSS contribution for at least 4 years and half when she's still working in a private company in Salay Handmade Paper in Salay Misamis Oriental. Her employer was the one paying all her contributions and then when she stopped working she also stopped paying her SSS. Now we want to continue paying it online we have her SSS number but it needs an SBR NO./OTC for her to register online.. Is there any chance you can help us???

Answer:
Your best bet is to contact the Social Security System of the Philippines directly. SSS Building East Avenue Diliman, Quezon City Philippines Tel. No. (632) 920-6401, 920-6446 Email: [email protected] Or visit their website though it is always down http://www.sss.gov.ph/
