Do i need national insurance (uk?

I need the statement of National insurance contributions because I am leaving the UK?

  • I know that I need to fill in the form CA3916, I have everything they ask me for except one thing. They are asking me for a copy of my final payslip. Trouble is I do not have final payslip yet as I am still working but planning to leave UK in 3 weeks. Final payslip will be with me maybe 3 days before I leave which is too late and I need to resolve these formalities asap before leaving. In my home country they require this NI contributions statement to register for insurance there or to claim temporarily unemployment benefits . Does anyone have experience with this, can I get this statement even without final payslip?
