What is a 3 tier budget?

Will I qualify for the new tier 3 and tier 4 EUC Oregon Unemployment extensions once my HEB extension runs out?

• (I put this in the Business & Finance > Insurance category because there isn't a category for unemployment insurance, state, or gov. services, and this one was suggested) Ok, so I have already gone through the initial unemployment benefits and the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) tier 1 and tier 2 extensions here in Oregon and I am now on the last few weeks of the High Extended Benefits extension (HEB). Once I exhaust the rest of my current HEB extension, would I be able to claim the new tier 3 extension that the state added at the beginning of this month? My current HEB extension runs out the week of Dec 15th through Dec 21st. I'm not sure if I can go back to EUC and claim the new tier extensions since I've already gone through the first 2 tiers, but I do meet all of the the qualifications listed under the new tier 3 and tier 4 EUC extension eligibility requirements. Does anyone out there know if I may be able to claim these new tier 3 and tier 4 EUC extensions after my HEB runs out? I hope I explained my situation well enough for people to understand.   The only people who are going to know if you would be able to get the next tier would be the unemployment agency. Call them and ask they will tell you.
