How do I check the status of my Medicare supplemental with Capital BlueCross?

I have been informed that I can't check my status, or any kind of status with BlueCross online. I applied for supplemental with Capital BlueCross. This is not for a business. Could I check the status by doing it automatic on the phone? Or would I need to actually speak to a live rep doing business hours? Does someone have the number I can call to check on my application status? I hope someone could get back to me with some info on how to check the status.

Call the agent that you've been working with to find out the status. If you acted as your own agent you'll need to call the customer service number. This number is different in each state and different policies within each state may have different numbers.
