EBAY return policy?

  • this buyer bought shoes off of me, shes complaing because it didn't' arrive 2-3 days from the day sent. and if she doesn't get it soon she wants a refund i already sent it out and from now it's not my authority. this can't be my fault how should i reply? and if i dont' say on my page NO RETURN can i tell her u cant' return it?

    Did it say anywhere on the item listing that you would accept returns? Or did it say nothing whatsoever about returns? If it did not have a return policy listed, then technically she should have asked you before bidding whether you accept returns. Granted, it is best to list your return policy to avoid problems like this, but if I were you I would simply tell her you don't accept returns. Also, if you shipped priority mail, the "2-3 days" is JUST a guideline. The post office does not guarantee that it will arrive in 2 to 3 days, so it is not your fault.

This isn't insurance related. Tell her, if she wants a refund for the shoes, NOT THE POSTAGE, she'll have to return the shoes to you. Your return policy is UP TO YOU.
