Guy who works on this insurance agency told me over the phone the price quote I have been waiting for almost a week for my car and the price quote was so high that it literally almost gave me a heart attack over the phone, yes I was taken to the hospital so should I file a lawsuit?

    LOL!! Of course not. You would have to PROVE that the insurance guy gave you that high of a quote ON PURPOSE in order to send you to the hospital. But thanks for the laugh

Thats pretty hilarious. You don't have a case, just ask a lawyer. The fact that it took a week for a quote is weird, most agencies can quote personal auto within minutes...if they want to write the risk.

If your price quote was so high it almost gave you a heart attack....then it must be because of all the tickets you got. Hey, you can sue the cop who gave you the tickets too!!

This is almost laughable. You got so upset over a price quote that you had to go to a hospital ? You have ZERO basis for any sort of lawsuit. Call a lawyer and get back to me when the lawyer stops laughing.
