Is insurance included in the selling and purchasing of items thru pay pal?if so what is the extra cost ?

No, insurance isn't included, and paypal isn't liable. Paypal can, however, get money back from the seller for a valid complaint. Insurance for shipping is sold by the shipping company - UPS, FedEx, USPS.
