How can i track a package without the tracking number?

i ordered a package from a website (petalsandpeacocks.com) using a gift card i received (vanilla-visa), the gift card shows that the purchase went through. but now i have no idea how to track the package(just one sweater but its an expensive one!) i did not recieve a confirmation email. if it makes a difference the payment was made via paypal using the gift card. i do not have a paypal account but it shows on the registered gift card my purchase and a paypal number but it is not the tracking number. thank you for any help or suggestions.

Answer:
Unless it's actually an activated GPS, you aren't going to be able to track this. You should probably call the vendor and ask if it was mailed.
