Walmart gift card prob? :\?

Ok, well i have this walmart Visa gift card, and i tried buying something offline and everytime i try it says "The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder" I HAVE registered the card online 2 times. i have also tried calling walmarts gift card line. I do not have the package the gift card came in anymore. How do i fix this?

They probably assume it's stolen. Take it into Walmart and talk to a manger.
