What do i do with this pay pal problem?

when i register my Vanilla Gift card for pay pal it asked me for a 4 digit statement code. i check the web and even called for representive help but pay pal didnt send me the statement code. and when i click resend code it says pay pal do not resend statement codes to visa. help anyone?

Answer:
I don't think PayPal can verify with a gift card. You probably need to use a bank account or credit card traceable to your name/address.
