Negative $500 paypal balance got scammed, need advice!?

• So few months ago I sold one of my websites for $500 and now I get a call from paypal saying that my account is negative $500 and that the guy I sold it to had is credit card company take the money back. So basically I was scammed. Should I really have to deal with this, he basically scammed me, now he has the money along with the website so he basically got everything for free where im in debt to paypal now. Im 17 and I had my mom's bank account connected so that I could use my paypal, will I get in any sort of trouble If I leave that account with a negative balance? Will my mom get in any sort of trouble. The funny thing is I closed that paypal account 2 months ago since I had no use for it, so can paypal really do anything about it? I dont remember but I think I also had my social security on that account along with my address and my phone, they already called me so im really worried.

  You were under age for use of paypal so paypal but apparently the CC is the one who canceled payment and that is the great thing about using CC over paypal. You have the right to sue. Paypal will fight you on getting the buyers information but a court will order it. You are entitled to your site back it all depends on how much you want to fight. Paypal can do nothing as the CC agreed with the customer, good luck getting the CC info so you can fight that way. Paypal may sue you for fraud since you had to lie about your age. Maybe while they are suing you you can get the court to order they give you information about the buyer
