• So someone owed me 5 dollars but he didn't have the money. Instead, he gave me a walmart visa gift card that he already used. He said the gift card the a remaining balance of $5. I checked the walmart website and verified that it did have $5. I used it on iTunes, and still currently using it. Is that safe? Is it okay to use a giftcard that wasn't orginally given to you? And another question; Will iTunes charge you even if you did not put in your credit/debit card number? Will they send you a bill at home so that you can pay what you didn't at the iTunes website? To open an iTunes account, you need one of the following: an iTunes gift card, a valid credit card, or a PayPal account. You can however use your prepaid Visa gift card or other bank issued gift card to buy an iTunes gift card from a retail store and use that to purchase music on the iTunes store.
