I Was Wondering If Anyone Can Verify My Paypal Account?

I was wondering if anyone can verify my Paypal account? My original account got limited and I had my bank and credit card linked to it and now I cant add them to a new account. I was wondering if anyone can possibly verify it, I know some people know how to verify it trough Etrade. I just need an account I can receive and send money with. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks Im willing to pay.

Its easier to do 1 of 2 things. Get a New debit card or get a Walmart Money card. I personally opted for a Walmart Money card. All you have to do is add $20 to a money card plus the $3 charge and you have a card to add to your new PayPal account same day. Otherwise I would call your bank and get a new debit card. It is extremely hard for you to get them to remove any bank account, debit card, or even credit card info of of a limited account..
