i have a simons giftcard its a visa and charges anywhere els in the USA like a regular visa card. can i pay on ebay using it? i need answers that are 100 % curtain. thanks !

I am a seller and buyer on eBay. No you can not use a gift card to pay for something on eBay. With a regular credit card you would have to first open a Pay Pal account, then you would be able to pay for things, since you can not link a gift card to Pay Pal you can not use it for eBay purchases.
